Computational Scientist/Postdoc

Our lab investigates the mechanisms driving the initiation and maintenance of pancreatic cancer, with the goal of developing novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. We aim to uncover pathway dependencies in pancreatic cancer using genomic approaches such as ChIP-Seq, RNA-Seq and related methodologies.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate that will be working closely with a group of biologists. The selected candidate will be expected to:

  • develop computational methods for analyzing next-generation sequencing data;
  • develop analysis pipelines to process and integrate multiple biological datasets;
  • publish scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at seminars and conferences;
  • work synergistically with lab members and collaborators on combined wet and dry bench projects.

If you’re interested in this position, please send your CV and a brief cover letter to tuvesonlab@gmail.com.
